I do have Long Term Friends and even though they moved away a few Years Years ago We still keep in touch regularly I do miss seeing them but keeping in touch through Face time/Phone etc . Makes all the difference.

When I am stressed about something I go out into the Garden and soon find things to do this elevates the problem as one is busy concentrating on what needs doing. Assuming it’s a good day of course!
