Members! It's (finally) time for another competition!

This month, we're looking for the best piece of advice you've ever received OR that you've given. Did your mum tell you to wash behind your ears or always eat your vegetables? Perhaps the advice was to be kind to strangers. We want to hear from you.

The top answer will win a $100 voucher to (your choice) of either Woolies, Coles, IGA or ALDI. We plan to run this competition until the end of October.

Happy writing! We can't wait to read all your wonderful advice!

My beloved Mum told me to wake with a blessed heart and a gratitude for another day. And she said that no matter how much you might argue with your partner during the day, never go to sleep on an argument, always kiss and makeup before sleep.

When I was in my teens and off to the dance my Fathers advice was always,"Mind, Keep your hand on your Ha`penny. It was really good advice too.

Marriage is like rowing a boat,...... when one person stops rowing the boat goes off course.

When I was learning to drive, 50 odd years ago, my then father-in-law told me - always drive like there is a police car right behind you.

My Dad always said to me when I was a kid " THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS CAN'T
He told me that I can do anything if I apply myself to it.
Something I have never forgotten.
