A man involved in a court case asked his lawyer whether it would help his chances if he sent the judge 12 bottles of scotch.
'Goodness no!" warned the lawyer. "That would put him right against you."
When the case ended in the man's favour, he told the lawyer, "It was the scotch I sent that did it."
"You did what?" gasped the lawyer.
I sent the judge the scotch," said the man, "but I used the other bloke's name."

Riddle

I’m only one colour, can be any size

I’m stuck at the bottom, yet easily fly.

I’m found in sun, but not in rain

I do no harm, and feel no pain.

What am I?

ANS: A shadow!

Good morning, members!

A little competition hiatus from us last month, which we are sorry about, but we were busy doing some other big things for you lot which you will all have access to very soon…

But we are back and ready to give you some money for your best riddle! This new riddle competition will run from now until mid-June.

As you all know, we love sending you riddles every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, but we are finding ourselves running a little low on riddles in our ‘riddle bank’. So we need you to post your favourite riddle in the comments below (along with the answer to the riddle.)

The member who posts the best riddle before mid-June will receive a $100 voucher to Coles, Woolies, ALDI or IGA (at the winner's discretion)!

The only rule is that you cannot take a riddle that has already have been posted in our weekly riddle thread - https://seniorsdiscountclub.com.au/forums/jokes-fun-and-games.10/

Good luck, members! And Happy Riddle-ing!

The following question appeared in a NSW 11-12 year old term exam.

Arrange the following words in Alphabetical order.

Pears,

Pomegranates,

Apricots,

Bananas,

Apples,

Guava.

Unknown to the Examiners there were two correct answers,

Can you get them both? The kids had two minutes.

To all who answered

Bananas, Pears, Pomegranates, Apples, Apricots, Guava. WRONG.

That was the answer expected.

Actual correct answer, as per the question, not the perceived question.

Aeprs

Aaeegmoprst

Acoiprst

Aaabnns

Aeppls

Aaguv

The Question was flawed, if it had said ‘Re-arranged’ then your answer was as first listed.
