Hi guys! Welcome to the forum. Please keep the following rules in mind when posting.

- Don't reveal any sensitive information. There's no need to use your full name on here. Don't post your phone number, address, or any other personal details. We'll never ask you for things like bank account or credit card information so please keep them to yourself and use common sense. Send us a message if you see anything suspicious and we will investigate.

- Be polite and civil. We're all human beings and deserve a minimum level of courtesy and respect. Disagreements are absolutely fine, but keep things constructive. Remember the golden rule - treat others how you want to be treated.

- Don't be racist. This forum is a Politically Correct free zone, but that's no excuse for being nasty or bigoted. Australians come in all shapes, colours, and sizes - if you disagree with that, this forum isn't for you.

- Keep politics in the appropriate place. There's a politics forum for a reason guys!

- No advertising / self promotion. Don't post any business / commercial messages without checking with us first.

- Have fun and enjoy yourself. It's our hope that this community will be a safe, supportive, and friendly place. We're always open to suggestions and tips, so drop us a line if you have any ideas.
What is political correctness? Is it how parliament operates?

Hi all. I’m new member Bigbear from St Ives NSW. I’m a fairly quiet old bloke who doesn’t say much, but one never knows in what is clearly an active forum. I’ll leave it at that for now and look forward to enjoying your company through the forum.

Hi
My name is Marco born in the London UK left in 1995 to reside in Brisbane and become a proud Australian citizen, and I’m on this forum to say hello from me and my wife Anni who isn’t quite 60 yet. 🙄 I live in beautiful Redcliffe in Queensland retired at 55 but wanted to retire earlier 😂 We are planning a trip or should I say a lap of this fine country beginning of next year and hope I can cut a few deals along the way and that’s about it. 🤣
Have a fab day 🙏

Good morning all! I have been getting the newsletters for ages and finally worked out how to register. Not very savvy with technology :), confused with the terminology used, get downright lost at times, but I will do my best to navigate in this new world I've entered. I am a retired teacher aide but previous to that did mostly office work so I'm okay with the typing and I'm a good spellerer! Hope to find my comfort zone within your community. Regards, Sandy
