    2 weeks ago, i left a trolly half full of groceries at the counter and walked out because they refused to open checkout and serve me. I will never darken the doors at Coles again. if i am forced to go cashless i will shop online direct from the farm and have it delivered to my door.

    My local Coles has gone fully self serve. Recently i chose to leave a trolly of groceries near the checkout and walked out. If i am forced to use card only, i will buy all my groceries direct from the farmer or online and hopefully watch the supermarkets go broke.

    Many of these stores that are closing down have brought it all on themselves, buy failing to employ enough staff and train them in customer service. Refusing to take cash is another reason to shop elsewhere. If they continue down this path, we would all be better off buying everything online...

    I only buy meat from my butcher where it is weighed in front of me and i get what i pay for. If i buy packaged meat from a supermarket it is labelled 500 grams E, which is estimated weight. After weighing mince when i arrived home some time ago, i found i paid for 500g and only had 420g. Beware...

    I use cash only and refuse to shop anywhere that is card only. If i am forced to do internet banking and pay by card, i will buy everything online and cheer if the cashless shops go broke.
