Fitness fanatics revealed the yummiest guilt-free desserts available right now in Australian supermarkets. And the best part? Each serving contains less than a hundred calories!
FitazFk, a fitness studio from Brisbane, shared a video on Instagram, showing dessert options available in your local supermarkets.
The top picks among the desserts are: Chobani protein yoghurts which contain 96 calories per serving, Snackles sugar-free cereal bars which contain 83 calories each, and Paddle Pop ice creams which contain 80 calories per stick.
For fruity options, there are the blueberries which contain 84 calories per serving, and the Frosty Fruit ice blocks which contain 80 calories each.
The dessert option with the lowest calorie count is the Lindt 70 per cent dark chocolate, containing only 52 calories per square. Photos from Instagram.
Since posting, the clip has already racked up hundreds of likes and various comments from fitness fans responding to the guilt-free temptations.
“Pana organic plain dark chocolate, melted and mixed into a quarter cup of fresh blueberries,” one viewer wrote, sharing her own take on the desserts.
Another user commented their excitement, “Countdowns mini lamingtons, only 72 calories!”
Others did not expect that berries contain almost the same amount of calories as ice cream popsicles.
“Why the heck have I been having blueberries when I could have been having a Paddle Pop or Frosty Fruit,” one woman realised.
Earlier this year, another Aussie fitness trainer also shared the low-calorie snack from Aldi that helped him succeed with his dieting.
“You have most likely heard of Halo Top low-calorie ice cream before, but this is Kenny's, and it is from Aldi. It's half the price, and in my opinion, it tastes way better,” said TikTok user ‘aussiefitness’.
Each tub of the ice cream contains only 75 calories per serving. Photo from Facebook.
So if you’re looking to lose some weight but can’t seem to give up your sweet tooth, these dessert options are for you!
Will you be giving any of these desserts a try?
