Wow Placid - that's quite a road to the finish - well done.

Well, I always use the same 4 words to begin unless an obvious answer pops up.
That uses 20 letters of the alphabet and usually makes the answer easy.
In this case, I had to make it up out of the first 3 letters.
Thanks for the encouragement.
I use the same 4 words for Wordle and my streak is currently 149 with Wordle.

You could hardly miss mate... I use one starter for these Oz words, one for wordle, 3 for quordle & quordle sequence, and three for duotrigordle. .. I've got no idea how several members here consistently manage getting it in two. cheers VT

I treat every game the same - whatever comes into my head first try.
Then look at remaining letters and try to work them in.
Like you, I have no idea how people can get these out in 2 tries or even 3 consistently.
Some people are really clever though.
They should do whatever they are doing with Lotto!
