I am a true Temu fan & I love the variety they offer. I have made many purchases from them in the past & will continue to keep purchasing from them.
Yes, I have had a couple of items damaged through transport, but notified them along with photos, & they credited me straight away. Their service is excellent… maybe some Australian companies could learn a few ideas from them.

Have you ever bought anything from Temu? If not don’t jump to conclusions. I have never had a problem with any of their goods.
l tried Temu for the first time last week. The clothes were delivered a week later l had no problem. The only thing l don't like was the lack of an invoice to check everything off and to use if you want to send something back.

I have bought heaps of a variety of things from temu and have never had a problem. I ordered a shirt that was too small and they sent me another size and told me to keep the original.love Temu
l forgot to mention that besides the clothes l bought from Temu l also bought a knife sharpener and they sent me two. They were dirt cheap but even so they didn't have to.l will give one to my daughter

Temu I have had very few issues with, quick with refunds. Some things are not the best quality and sizing can be a little in the small size but on the whole I have been happy.
My online junk shop 😍 we don't have Ronis and Col Clint anymore
On the other hand AVOID Continuouslyshop.com they are scammers and crooks

Temu for me also shein.

I have deleted Temu - read that something that is too good to be true is just that! They collect our Data and apparently our information - very disappointing but better to be safe than sorry. Sorry that happened to you.
I would like to know how to delete their $&#%/ ads from everything, I don't want to pay for another program to stop some of the repetitive ads.

Early January there was an uproar over City of Casey wanting to charge residents to do their own car repairs/ maintenance. I chipped in with a one off $20 donation to change.org . I was shocked the other day to find they made a repeat deduction from my PayPal account. I find it remarkable and hypocritical that an organization whose agenda is the pursuit of social justice, would engage in cyber pick-pocketing.
No doubt that you ticked the wrong box. I did that once with a boxed wine purchase.

Beverly it is scary but let’s face it everyone can get our info, so don’t fancy deleting everything which would be the only way to stop it. Having little money, Temu is a blessing not a curse

I have done all my on line shopping with Catch or EBay. & have not had any trouble with either of them, but sadly Catch is finishing up in April they state they cannot compete with Temu or Amazon. I am very sad about this as I especially love shopping with Catch. I have never had any problems with them & the parcels normally arrive within 2 days. 😢😢

And many, many more perfectly happy with their purchases, me being one of them. The quality of the clothes I have bought have been fine, if the goods arrive later than the date they stated you get a $5 credit. I had four credits over the Xmas period, despite the fact that when I checked the tracking, none of these were caused by Temu but by Aust Post where the parcels had been sitting for days without being delivered.
I have never had a need to return anything, but friends tell me they had no trouble getting a refund and did not have to return the goods.
That all sounds quite reputable to me. I have had terrible service from some Australian sites.
You need to read the product description before you buy anything if you are worried about the quality. A bit of common sense is helpful.
On the Morning Show today they stated, that after they had someone on recently warning about Temu they were inundated with calls and emails supporting Temu, hardly any in the reverse
Have you dealt with them yourself or just repeating "what you have heard"
I have heard these comments too, they have always come from people who have never used Temu.
I agree with you have never had an issue with Temu and I am awaiting with anticipation on my tenth order from them. I had a product malfunction and all it took to resolve it was a video to Temu showing them the fault, didn’t even have to return the item and my refund was in my bank account 24 hours later. Which was several days earlier than I was told to expect it!! Regards Janet Harvey

I had the same with Bradford Exchange. I did buy s couple of things from them, but they kept sending me stuff I did not want. I just stopped paying. They threatened me with all sorts of things with a dozen letters and then gave up. DO NOT TOUCH THEM.
We have purchased several things from Bradford Exchange & have never had a problem with them. We still receive catalogues but that’s okay. Did you purchase something that was part of a series? If so you did you indicate that you only wanted the item you requested & not any others?

I only give locally now and only cash. When we used cheques I sent small amounts to different organisations then they never let up on trying to get your money 😞.

I must be very lucky because I have bought from Temu and also Facebook sites and have always received the products in good condition, except for one time where I ordered a travel bag with lots of compartments. Instead of the lovely leather look bag, I got a nylon bag that looked like a toiletry bag. I contacted the company and they apologised and sent me a refund. I kept the toiletry bag, but didn't reorder the travel bag. I've never been scammed. Hopefully never will.

I am glad you trust PayPal. I have been scammed by PayPal though. Someone in Canada, got my details, and attempted to make a purchase for $2,000 USD! I found out when I received an email, from the scammer, which was obviously forwarded to me somehow. When I emailed them back, I told them the police had been notified, and they were in deep trouble. It must have been an employee of PayPal, because I don’t understand how they got my bank details. So, you are not even safe with PayPal. If I make a purchase now, I try to get a gift voucher, to pay for the goods. That way, you can’t be caught off guard. Please be careful, because scammers are getting smarter. Needless to say, I don’t even use PayPal anymore. Gezabel.
I recently got scammed through my bank for a product out of Singapore, it said on my bank statement that it was through Paypal but when I checked my Paypal account there was no such transaction.
It wasn't for much, $115 for a program called CyberGhost which is a VPN. Luckily the bank realised it was a scam and I got my money back, but I made sure I deleted my banking details from my Paypal account just in case.

I have bought heaps from them too and never had an issue. I had a damaged hose once and not only did they give me a sticker so that I didn't have to pay the return postage, but my money was refunded before they would have even received the hose back. Their clothing is true to size and very well made, as are their shoes. Gifts I have bought for friends and family have always been well received.

Since when was Temu deemed a reputable company. There has been many many warnings about buying rubbish from Temu!
For every report like this, there are a hundred refuting it. Temu sells excellent quality items at very reasonable prices. Their product descriptions are good, their sizing is true to size and items are made well. Those that bag them are hoping to discredit them so as to keep people buying here instead of overseas, even though most of our clothing that we pay a fortune for, is manufactured in cheap overseas workshops, where people get paid a pittance for each garment made. So as far as I'm concerned, Temu is more reputable than them. I bet you've never even bought anything from Temu so how can you even say the goods they offer are 'rubbish'? You're just a lemming.............. prepared to believe what you are told without doing any of your own investigation. Poor you.
