So this is the little Christmas tune Benny was talking about... I love it :)
A song to forget the 2021 we wish to replace with a Christmas to rejoice in the little things we cherish. Thank you ABBA for coming back this year!

I freaking love ABBA

I love Billie Eilish's songs: she is one of my favourite singer's. THIS piano cover is WONDERFUL...bit like Tetris for piano.....makes me appreciate the practice a good pianist puts in over time.....awesome

I didn’t realize in 1973 at the age of 18 this would still be one of my favorites in 2021 it’s been a long time, ( I am now 66 )
Vinyl is so much silkier sounding than digital recordings.
There's reasons why older technologies still surpass that of today's.
Is there static, yes but isn't the analog wave still more pleasing to the ear?
This is so much closer to how David, Roger, Richard and Nick recorded it, and played it, wouldn't you rather hear it like this, so much closer to how the musicians wanted it? It truly still is a marvel how a diamond needle traces along hills and valleys in a trench shaped on a vinyl platter, and produces something so pleasing to the ear. The decade of the 1970's, taken as a whole, was the MOST productive decade in Rock Music History, taking into account what was recorded, released and performed. And I lived it, the first half of my teenage years. Still enjoying the music of my teen age years, much of which, happens to be timeless.

In this video, you'll see the most popular songs throughout each month in the 50s. The tunes selected for this video are the ones that reached #1 or at least ranked higher in more countries than other hits in the same month, but it's not very accurate since many of them were number one for different periods, the information available is not so precise.

Trevor, do you have any videos of music from old movies? I adore Old Hollywood

Goodbloke welcome to the onetime world of Vinylted.:D

An amazing Talent, he appeared on Britains Got Talent some years ago, but sadly I now believe he has passed.....
Dinmukhammed Kanatuly Kudaibergen, known professionally as Dimash Kudaibergen, is a Kazakh singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. He is university-trained in classical as well as contemporary music, and is known for his exceptionally wide vocal range. He has performed songs in twelve languages. Very much alive.

Thanks for that, just another proof not to believe all you read on You Tube sigh...

RIP Kate, just 44 when she passed, I'd never heard one of your songs before yet I miss you after hearing just this one. No idea that she ever lived. Just heard her just now for the first time. She‘s so impressive... The good always go too young. But a part of her is still here. With us. Thanks for being with us today Kate.
