Hello everyone, I am a newbie to your group.
My name is Anne and I live in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland area in Qld.
I enjoy travel and camping( when I can), coffee catchup with friends, gardening, crosswords and more.
Looking forward to 2024

Thankyou.😊

Good morning, my name is Chris and I am looking forwad to being a member of the group.
In two months time, my husband and I are travelling to Italy to celebrate my 80th. birthday and to prepare for this we have been learning to speak Italian for two years. This is proving difficult as our memories are not what they were. Ciao amici.

Hi everyone, I’m Lesley but my nom de plume is yelsel.. (my name backtofront), but with my second name too. .… lol. Some of you have written about what kept you occupied during lockdown. I live in aged care and while shopping centres were out of bounds we could go out with an escort to medical appointments. And back in my room I had the iPad to use, with a couple of games I like, the newspaper to read, the crosswords to do etc…. Mags to read, and books. I like my own company. In the mornings I would go to our coffee bar, and met up with friends. I had an electric scooter back then, and I would go out on that near the local creek, on a beautiful boardwalk. Sometimes with another lady from our facility and sometimes on my own…. Sometimes fast, and sometimes slow… gazing into the local gardens.
Nice to be here!
