This month, we're looking for the best piece of advice you've ever received OR that you've given. Did your mum tell you to wash behind your ears or always eat your vegetables? Perhaps the advice was to be kind to strangers. We want to hear from you.

My mother advised me - if you are feeling low, do something nice for someone. That way two people are happier.

Two good friends of mine died in the last 10 days leaving devastated widows and families. I was able to comfort the 2 widows with my dear Aunt's words after my mother died - "grief is never seeing that person again".
