    Ask your bank for a list of their ATMs. Can you get cash out of their banks. If not satisfied with their answers , check other banks and change if their services are more suitable. These days you get nothing for being loyal to banks.

    We were not happy with our bank. Checked out a local small bank, opened an account, went into big bank and had all funds transferred. Now have 7 accounts with the smaller bank and they are much friendlier.
