Stylish or unprofessional? Gen Z employees are dressing ‘sexy’ at work

Some young women don't understand how a man is affected visually by what they are wearing. People say we shouldn't blame a woman who is sexually assaulted for what she's wearing but if she really knew how a man's brain worked she'd take more care in protecting her body from the eyes of men who...

Birthday boy receives a scathing letter from a neighbour – ‘Be a respectful adult next time!’

The Bell Tower Times is not an proper news site but a comedy page so the letter could be genuine or just something someone made up for fun. Even news.com.au quote the BTT Facebook page!

Warning: New myGov 'refund' scam doing the rounds: Don't be fooled!

I've had similar text messages, supposedly from banks which we don't even use!!

Have you seen this viral 'heartwarming' video? The man featured in it is 'traumatised' - Here's what really happened!

If the guy doing this is hoping it will give him entry to heaven he'll be sadly disappointed. Jesus said in his sermon on the mount in Matt chapter 6: “Watch out! Don’t do your good deeds publicly, to be admired by others, for you will lose the reward from your Father in heaven. 2 When...

Woman faces backlash after revealing “UNCONVENTIONAL” way of slicing a sandwich — "There’s a fine line between genius and madness"

We used to ask our kids if they wanted triangles, rectangles, square (cut twice) or crazy shapes which probably looked like hers except for only 2 cuts instead of 3. I now ask the grandkids if I'm giving them sandwiches or anything on a slice of bread.

British passenger's airport line-cutting 'hack' has people fuming: "This isn't funny at all"

Hubby has trouble walking because of his RA but we lined up like everyone else on our way to the UK last time we visited but coming home, because of all the walking we'd done he'd had to buy a walking stick to give him extra stability. We weren't looking for it but were very thankful when...

Aussie siblings go VIRAL for comparing trolley escalators in the US and Australia – which one do you think is better?

Our travellators seem to require a larger area than a regular escalator which can have a steeper ascent and descent. If I need to take a trolley up the ramp I try to keep to one side so others can pass if need be but it can be difficult once the wheels lock if you don't get it right.

Royal experts raise concern over UNSETTLING detail found in new photos of Queen Elizabeth II — Is this a sign of the monarch’s worsening health?

She took vows to reign for her whole life and since she doesn't have any mental issues she will stay on until she is not able to and Charles will only become king once she dies, even if he is having to carry out more of the official duties. She may have had a life of luxury but she's also had...

Can you believe this mum-of-two only JUST discovered the reason behind abbreviations?

Myself!! "Please see myself" or "give it to myself" which is so wrong! 'Please see me' or 'give it to me' sounds much better. Another thing newsreaders do is to get phrases muddled so what they read sounds ridiculous. Don't the news writers have proof readers? Then there are traffic reports...

    Milky

My dad was a milko for a couple of years and my sister and I used to help him on Fri nights / early hours of Sat morning which was double delivery. It was fun while it lasted but I was glad to have a proper weekend back once he sold it.

Same here. I feel for Dad since I can come home after visiting but he can't. Thankfully Mum's Home Care Package is about to kick in soon, once we sign off on it.

Prince Harry 'demands' apology for being ignored, says royal expert

He wants the best of both worlds but seems to have forgotten that he turned his back on his royal privileges so is it really surprising that he didn't receive a warm welcome?!?! It's sad that Lilibet won't have photos of herself with her great-grandmother but I can understand the Queen's...

Stay safe! 8 new scamming schemes to watch out for (updated as of April 2022)

Lately I've had several emails claiming that our iinet payment hasn't been processed when it had been! If you hover over the sender email it will usually show something other then a real iinet email address, even if it includes 'iinet' and looks like it might be real. I report them to iinet...
