In the video, Todd, who runs the channel Todd's Kitchen, said that in order to make a delicious gravy, you should start by mixing together corn flour and milk in a bowl.

"What the corn flour does is work as a thickening agent for the gravy," Todd quips.

Next, heat up beef or chicken stock in a pot on the stove.

Then, add Worcestershire sauce to taste.

Once the stock is simmering, pour in the corn flour and milk mixture. Stir continuously until the gravy has thickened to the desired consistency.

And that's it! Your gravy is now ready to enjoy.



Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 2 cups stock (beef or chicken)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the milk and corn flour until the corn flour is dissolved.

2. In a pot on medium heat, bring the beef stock to a simmer.

3. Add the Worcestershire sauce, then pour in the corn flour and milk mixture.

4. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens to a gravy consistency.

5. Once thickened, remove from heat.

They say that Made up gravy in those packets will serve 4 people. Not in my house. My daughter would eat one packet on her own. Which would be rather expensive for all of us. Also we have no idea what is in them that they can be shelved and not kept in the fridge section, as they are liquid. They are trying to get rid of the packets of gravy also, which I make up every meal. I use hot vegie water, its the best. I also have a tin of gravox on hand. I even use the juice off roast sometimes. So please Gravox, dont stop the packets of dry power.
