Had a tour there once it’s magnificent😁
Yes,I can imagine it would have been fantastic.. I was meant to do a volunteer role with Open House Melbourne there, but Covid struck and it never happened. But,you never know, may get there in the future. I heard they do ghost tours there. Might look into that.

The Hydro Majestic Hotel Blue Mountains is supposed to be one if the most haunted hotels in Australia and this I didn't know until after I checked out.

I knew as soon as I walked into our room something wasn't right .

When I arrived home I told my daughter how something just didn't feel right.
She did some research and found out it was where our first Prime Minister passed away and there are supposed to be many Ghosts including two children

It's just a tourist attraction lol

I know. Going there tomorrow. Apparently free to get into the park but a fee to get into the mansion. Thats fine. Hopefully the weather's good.

Have you even had tiny signs that someone you know that has passed might have popped in.
Ok I know some of you are laughing but I believe it happens.

Today I was having a really busy day making desert cups for my daughters bridal shower , when I started thinking of one of my closest friends and feeling bad that she won't be celebrating with us due to her hubby passing away a couple of months ago very suddenly and unexpectedly. Then that got me thinking of him and feeling a bit sad . I then started singing Neil Youngs Heart Of Gold which was his favourite and played at his funeral when with in minutes it then came on the radio , I didn't think anymore and a couple of hours later , I was thinking I need to call my friend to arrange a catch up when a Bowies song that also played at his funeral came on. I took that as a sign that I really do need to call my friend.

Another time I had just lost my grandmother who raised me, she was only 72. I was sitting in my kitchen at 5am having a coffee , listening to the radio and crying. I whispered I wish I knew that she was ok I was imagining her in the morgue, and thinking my beautiful nan being by herself when all of a sudden her favourite song came on, Honey by Bobby Goldsborough the year was December 1991 and I had never ever heard that song on the radio before. What ever it was it took away the pain I was feeling.
My Nan was a strong willed lady and this wasn't the only incident.

I had given her a wall clock that was light green and of the last supper that she loved. The clock stopped working and she took it to a local shop but they said it would cost too much to fix so she took it home and hung back on the wall as she loved that picture. She had removed the old batteries incase they leaked.
Well ...the day after she passed my uncle noticed that the clock was working. There were 5 of us that saw this. I told them how she had taken it to get fixed and how she said she would take the batteries out.
We took the clock down only to discover there were no batteries in it, so how was it working and keeping correct time 🤔
The day of her funeral the clock stopped working and never worked again.

Now my uncle and his wife were staying at my grandparents during this time, my grandmother really disliked his wife and every time his wife took a shower the water would go either really cold or scorching hot where she would scream. There were 8 people staying there at this time and it only ever happened to my uncle's wife . Was this just a coincidence or something else.

My aunty always felt she was going to die due to a fire caused by her son, who would come home drunk or stoned late at night and cook and forget about it or who would fall asleep with his smoke in his hand.

One day when my aunty went out the back she saw her shed on fire and thought her son was in there he was 30 at the time.
He would use this shed to sit in and smoke pot.

My aunty had her other sons 13 year old son there and she screamed fir him to ring 000 , she grabbed the hose and tried to out out the fire but suddenly she went down. Her grandson did CPR but sadly she died of a heart attack.
My cousin her son wasn't in the shed but he had left a bong in there that had tipped and some how caught on fire , that's what the fire fighter said.

That was 30 years ago and to this day both my mother and their other sister will smell her perfume , they get wiffs that last 30 seconds . My mother has been in the lounge room with my brother and both smell it. My other aunt will be in her loungeroom and smelt it along with her daughter and husband. The perfume was Taboo and only my aunty who passed was the only to ever wear it and alot of it

And no, I'm not laughing,BUT I am smiling,😊because I do believe and I like believing that it's not the end when someone passes.🌈🌠 And I know that not everyone thinks or believes this and that's okay too. Good on you Suzanne for bringing the subject up. I wrote on here a week or two ago about the time I visited my Dad's grave and when I was leaving after saying goodbye and that I loved him and was walking back to the car,I heard a noise and the vase had fallen over and not a scerrick of wind about. A coincidence, maybe, maybe not.🤔 Here's another story. After my older sisters funeral 15 years ago we all stayed at my Mum's house for the night. Well,at sometime during the night, there was a noise in the house that woke some of us up and started the dog barking. My Mum called out " What was that? " I called out it's alright Mum ,I'll have a look. I got up switched on the lights and began walking down the hall to the loungeroom and kitchen. Mum had quite a few pictures on the lounge room wall of my sisters,me,my Dad, aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews etc,etc Well,I kid you not, guess which picture had come loose and fallen into the floor.? A picture of my dear departed Dad in his navy uniform holding my older sister as a toddler. My sister whose funeral had been that day. Wow! It was scary, emotional, beautiful, unbelievable, all at the same time. ✨❤️ Just saying.!!!
