Is anyone else having trouble loading this game?

I only started Solitaire today and got it out in about 8 plays. Wouldn't take a Red Jack with lots of cards below it over to a Black Queen a couple of times ago.

Having problems with moving cards, sometimes they will not go in the area they are placed and the screen freezes sometimes plus I have never won one so far.
