Once again the message comes up “ this number has not been released yet!! When clearly it is one of the numbers given out this morning.
This happens far too often!!

I haven’t received a bingo number nearly all week and yet the orange stars are on my ticket, to which I’m being told haven’t been drawn yet, when I come here on site. Please see attached picture and those numbers magically appear here, on site yet no bingo numbers come with your email into my inbox/emails. Thanks

oh! Dear! And I’m playing yet I haven’t received a number for a week now, yet my bingo card tells me differently.

Although my card is working again, I too have two numbers 46 & 64 flashing an orange star and both have been flashing since start of this game but both say the number hasn't been drawn yet.

@Petalz Have you checked right under the end of the introduction section and just before the start of the trivia section? e.g.

How can you possibly win when there are only 3 numbers each day and there is a new card each day and the card is 5 x 5?

Hi @PhilipM - there's not meant to be a new card every day, only once every week or so (it should only reset if someone else wins).

We're still ironing out some bugs, so you might see some weird behaviour over the next few days. If you do, please let us know
