She's The Boss: Princess Charlotte 'scolds' her brothers over royal etiquette

During the Platinum Jubilee celebrations in London, the Duchess of Cambridge had her hands full looking after her youngest son Prince Louis, but hilarious videos show she had some help from her daughter Princess Charlotte.

Charlotte, seven, is seen giving her younger brother a dressing down in clips from several Jubilee events, including Sunday's Platinum Pageant and Buckingham Palace balcony appearance, as well as Thursday's carriage ride.

In a clip shared on social media by royal watchers, Charlotte can be seen on Sunday's Platinum Pageant pushing Louis' arm down and away from his mouth in order to prevent him from sucking his fingers.

After that, she displays her fist in front of her younger brother, possibly as a warning to him not to continue sucking his fingers.

At this point, their mum Kate Middleton steps in and whispers something to Charlotte.

Unfazed by the reprimand, Louis proceeds to make fun of his older sister by brandishing his own fist in the same manner, and his mum has to gently push his arm back onto his lap.

Even Prince George, eight, isn't immune to his sister's iron hand, as evidenced by a video of the future king being told how to pose on the balcony - and immediately following Charlotte's instructions.

Queen Elizabeth stood on the balcony of Buckingham Palace with Prince Charles, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis during a special moment that represented the monarchy's future.

George was observed resting his hand on the balcony ledge as "God Save the Queen" was being played, the national anthem of the United Kingdom. After that, Charlotte gently prodded her brother's arm while telling him to straighten up his posture.

George is quick to recognise his error and corrects it by standing up straight and putting his arms by his sides.

Throughout the course of the event, which lasted for a total of four days, the Cambridge children accompanied their parents in a variety of activities.

On Saturday, Louis chose to spend the day relaxing at home, while his siblings, George and Charlotte, joined their parents, Kate and William, to watch the star-studded BBC Platinum Party at the Palace concert.

Princess Charlotte looked absolutely precious in a crimson dress, and Prince George, who wore a suit and tie in the same colour as his father, matched perfectly.

Have to admire Princess Charlotte for her efforts to train her brothers in the correct etiquette for these occassions. I think she will be a force to be reckoned with as she grows up.
