'We're making sure every WA household receives another $350 off their power bill this Christmas,' Premier Cook assured.

According to a recent report by the Australian Energy Regulator, as of 30 June, 1.9 per cent of customers (about 130,000 households) are on hardship payment plans—a tad higher compared to 1.4 per cent last year.
WA Treasurer Rita Saffioti emphasised the importance of rebates in helping households cope with cost-of-living pressures.
'We can only deliver this kind of support through strong financial management and keeping net debt sustainable,' Ms Saffioti stated.
The majority of Western Australia's power comes from coal and gas.
Renewable sources like wind, solar, and landfill gas make up a smaller portion of the energy mix.

Earlier this year, the Queensland Labor government provided a total of $1300 in power bill rebates for residents.
