What are the five stages of grief according to the K bler-Ross model?

How wrong K bler-Ross's model is.
My friend suddenly lost her husband and her first reaction was denial , she couldn't except it and even 4 weeks later at the funeral she said she though she was in denial as she hadn't cried and can't believe he isn't coming home , she said she actually feels it's a joke she is going through with .
She will break and when the dam burst God help us
Suzanne, denial is the first stage isn't it?
