Re Q 4, I also have no idea and absolutely no interest, and have never seen an episode in my life! I took a massive stab in the dark, and actually got it right. You never know but we might actually learn something about American Sitcoms by attempting the quizzes!

A Social Psychology professor at uni many years ago admitted he watched all sitcoms —purely for research of course — confessing to his personal obsession with The Bold and The Beautiful... a tedious, vacuous, humourless, scriptless daily soap opera devoted to the American Dream of perfect people living a perfect life of luxury and lust. We have all that on the Gold Coast. Why bother watching on the box?

For many years I did lecturing at TAFE as a side hustle to my main job. The year Big Brother was introduced ALL lecturers, irrespective of their stream, were told they had to watch Big Brother, without fail. Their rationale was that the students would be learning a lot about human relations on that show and the lecturers had to be abreast of what those lessons were. I wasn’t very obedient I’m afraid, 15 minutes was more than long enough.
