Here is your first riddle of the week... It's a challenging one, but we've got our money on you

When Deke Hay's five sons turned out their pockets, they discovered that they had 18 toffees between them. No two boys had the same total of toffees. And no single boy's tally was as great as any three boy's combined. How many toffees had each lad tucked away?

i reckon there are two ways of working this one out
1. One boy had no toffees, One boy had 3 toffees, 1 boy had 4 toffees, 1 boy had 5 toffees and 1 boy had 6 toffees.
OR Alternatively,
2. One boy had 1 toffee, One boy had 2 toffees, 1 boy had 4 toffees, 1 boy had 5 toffees and 1 boy had 6 toffees
