At a shopping centre my wife had a fall on a travelator when a woman with a trolley load of shopping failed to control the trolley knocking into my wife & knocking her forward on to the travelator. Shr tried to stand but couldn't be abuse she was still on the travelator. Only the quick thinking of a shopper helped when she hit the Emergency stop button. Security staff arrived, took statements & told her submit medical accounts. A visit to Emergency at the Hospital revealed a fractured wrist which took a while to heal& still causes pain.

AT NO TIME WAS THERE EVER A THOUGHT TO SUE ANYONE!
