On Monday, the Queen made a special appearance in public when she went to the Chelsea Flower Show, which was held at the Royal Hospital, Chelsea.
To avoid being exhausted from having to walk around the exhibits at the Royal Horticultural Society's annual garden design festival in west London, the 96-year-old monarch was transported in a buggy.
This is the most recent of a number of public appearances that have helped to alleviate public fears about her health as the United Kingdom prepares to celebrate her seventh decade on the throne.
Her Majesty was accompanied by the Earl and Countess of Wessex, Princess Beatrice, The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, The Duke of Kent, Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, and Princess Alexandra.

The Queen, dressed in a lovely shade of pink, was warmly received by Keith Weed, President of the Royal Horticultural Society, before touring the gardens and viewing the displays.
The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Garden was one of the exhibits that was on show. It will feature laser-cut steel silhouettes of the Queen and will be surrounded by seventy potted terracotta pots, one for each year of Her Majesty's reign.
There was also The RAF Benevolent Fund Garden, which harkened back to the Battle of Britain in honour of the charity's 100-plus years of service to RAF troops, veterans, and their families.
The royals were also shown The Mind Garden, a colourful area for individuals to interact and open up, which will subsequently be relocated to a local Mind organisation that offers ecotherapy to persons with mental health issues.
Following the disruption caused by Covid, the flower display has resumed to its usual May dates. Credit: Toby Melville.
More than 50 times in the past, Her Majesty the Queen has visited the Chelsea Flower Show, which has a total of 39 gardens and 80 different exhibits this year.
The event was cancelled in 2020 due to the Covid pandemic and rescheduled for September 2021; but, for the first time since 2019, it has returned to its regular Spring season.
The UK will celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee early next month with four days of grandeur and festivities. Officials at Buckingham Palace have indicated that Her Majesty will be seen at a variety of activities.
This was observed when she made an unexpected appearance at the opening ceremony of a new train line in London last week, and when she also attended a horse exhibition on the grounds of her Windsor Castle the week before.
