What can I substitute for Creole seasoning?

A suitable substitute for Creole seasoning can be made by combining equal parts of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, and cayenne pepper. Adjust the heat level according to your preference by increasing or decreasing the amount of cayenne pepper. Or any Cajun seasoning blend

I believe that if you are going to post a recipe from another country then you should give an alternate ingredient to those that are unavailable here. Failure to do so shows a lack of respect for the reader. A lot of people change and adapt recipes to suit themselves, but the readers of this site may not be able to substitute items if they don’t know what the original item is. I, for one, have never encountered this particular sauce so I don’t know what is in it.
