I buy regularly from Temu and have not had any issues. If the product does not live up to expectations they are very reasonable about it and give money back, most time don’t need to send back.

I also have not experienced anything but good things with Temu.
I made it my business to do a cost comparison when I was buying all the bits and pieces for the 2 new puppies.
Received quality stuff at a really good price. Overall, I calculate the difference between Temu and main line brands resulted in a saving of around 75%.
I have never paid delivery and have not had any issues with quality of goods.
Perhaps I am one of the chosen ones.

Just contact them, tell them you won't be purchasing anymore as the limit is too high, they will drop it down again.
Mine recently went up to $35, I haven't complained, as yet, because I usually spend more than that, but my friend did and they dropped it back.

I bought a washing machine and the courier left it at the bottom of the 3 front door steps and said thst they dont do steps ir installation as you have to pay extra, I'm elderly and had to do it myself. I then bought one of those little electric cars for kids to drive around in and immediately rang my son to tell him but they said he just got one the day before so I rang Kogan to cancel and they informed me that the cancellation process if returning the item back to the stock on the shelves would cost me $60 as it was already taken out to be shipped. From buying to cancelling was a gap of around 7 minutes so I doubt they move stuff so fast. Will never buy from them again and have even blocked their ads.

As I've stated before I have dealt with Temu since they started, never had single problem
A lot of people who have never dealt with them are just repeating hearsay.
Their prices are great, free freight, but you just have to spend a certain amount.
Usually starts off at$25, mine recently went up to $35 which doesn't bother me because I'm usually spending more than that anyway.
Everything they state on their site is true, I had parcels that arrived a day or so late, not their fault it was Aust Post but they still gave me a $20 credit on my account for the four late deliveries.
If something doesn't fit, or is damaged or you're not happy with it they will credit you quickly and you usually don't need to return the product.
If you're buying clothes check the size table so you know they'll fit, read the product description of what you are buying.
I once made a purchase (not clothes) which was much smaller than I expected. My fault, if I had bothered to read the details I would have seen the size. Still they gave me an instant credit and I didn't have to return the goods
Make sure you log into their website yourself, don't click on any pop up ads because they could be scam sites.

Go into support, scroll down to contact us, tell them you don't want the minimum spend and you can cancel it. No questions asked.
