Reminds me of Kevin 'Bloody' Wilson song, You can stick that f**king phone up your f**king arse, you're supposed to make it easy not f**king hard.
You know I sang that as I was reading it :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I get emails like that Bank of America has suspended my account pending verification of my identity. Just that I never had any bank account with Bank of America. When I see a strange email I usually hoover my mouse over the senders details and then it shows generally that the email address was that did sent the email. But be careful because the email address can stil be fake as it could have something inserted in the webaddress which is not of the business you are dealing with. I just delete suspecious emails without opening them. That is the safest option.

I just got this one, will they ever learn that the majority of us ignore them..
Centrelink was a typo 😂

I received a very similar one like this too & a couple of others & like you I just ignore them.

Scamwatch will send an automated response with a report number only.

I also forward the email messages to the Banks, Optus and PayPal as you can locate details on how to report to the companies. I also take a screenshot and post it on Facebook so people are aware.
Hats off to you for doing such a great job, I also report them as phishing, a lot of times I have found that doing this actually stops these scum , unfortunately there is always another one on the go

Definitely the best option is to delete

I am not getting the myGov messages in emails - I'm getting them in SMS messages.

They only need 1% to respond & the FKN scammers win, I want to learn how to reverse scam the buggers
There is a Youtube channel that shows you how to scam the scammers, it's run by a bloke called Pierogi and is called Scammer Payback.
