Mum reveals how Aldi’s “miracle” $1.95 cleaning product can be used for other purposes other than just stain removal — “I’m surprised it worked great"

We previously shared with you how Aldi's $1.95 "miracle" product has left Aussies stunned after it was proven that the product is extremely effective at getting rid of stubborn stains.

However, the internet has once again gone wild over the multi-purpose cleaning product after one mum shared how she used it to restore the grout in her bathroom.

You read that right, folks! A mum admitted that she randomly thought of giving Aldi's $1.95 Di San Pre Wash Stain Remover "a try" to get rid of the dirt buildup on the grout in her home after she proved that the product was super effective at cleaning her oven.

And the results are stunning!

Home cleaning savvy Zefanya took to Facebook to share how she used the cleaning product on her floor in a bid to get rid of the dirt buildup in her grout.

"Just tried out cleaning grout with DiSan…and it works perfectly,” she wrote along with before and after photos of her grout.

“I’m surprised it worked so great as well on grout. I leave it for 10 mins after spraying it, that way makes cleaning easier.”

The mum revealed that she sprayed the product directly onto the grout and scrubbed it with a brush before wiping it clean.

Zefanya admitted that the cleaning process was tiresome but "satisfying" and "well worth it".

“The grout in my whole house is now clean and my house looks sparkling new,” she said.

Facebook users were amazed by the little-known hack, with many praising the product for its multiple uses.

One person wrote: “All I can say is "what stain or mark can’t it clean? It's good on glass too!"

“I use it in my shower it’s amazing,” another quipped.

A third chimed in: “Cleans the loo well too.”

Others pointed out that the mum forgot to advise which of the two Di San products she used as some shoppers might get confused.

One person wrote: "The purple spray bottle is best used for tiles, grout, and shower screens."

So, there you have it, folks! Have you used this product before? What are your thoughts on this? Share them with us in the comments below!

I have always bought the grout cleaner from Bunnings but will try this next as is a lot cheaper. I also bought a long handled grout brush from Bunnings and along with a mop to clean up find it very easy especially on my arthritic back and hands

I would love to see a photo of your long handled grout brush, this is exactly what I need! I have back and hip problems and can't bend!

The Aldi Bright & Clean Toilet Gel is also great for mould on bathroom tiles. I use it every time I see a spot of mould - just pour it on all mouldy areas and leave in for a few hours then wash off when I have a shower. No scrubbing required and great for toilets - pour in around toilet bowl leave overnight and just flush unless very dirty clean with toilet brush
