While we can’t provide legal services ourselves, there are a few community legal centres and public trustees around Australia that offer free or low-cost will services for pensioners. It might be worth checking with your state’s Public Trustee office or a local community legal centre to see what’s available near you or I would really recommend posting it on our forum so that other members can see and comment on your thoughts.
