Simple steps to mark SDC newsletters as safe in your inbox

Hi members!

We would hate for you to miss out on any of your newsletters, so please be sure to follow these quick steps to mark our emails as 'safe':

Gmail users: Move us to your primary inbox.
On your phone?
Hit the 3 dots at top right corner, click "Move to" then "Primary."
On desktop?
Press the ‘back’ button so you’re no longer in this email, then drag and drop this email into the "Primary" tab near the top left of your screen.

I would like to continue receiving your e-mail newsletters as often as possible.
I am currently not a member but I will renew my membership as soon as possible
I have been in Hospital for three
and a half months. I shattered my right shoulder , which has
required extensive replacement
and intensive physiotherapy for
that period of time. That is ongoing as we speak.

Your instructions do not make sense to me as I don't use gmail and the instructions given do not work on my desk computer as I don't have the signs you speak of. Will I still get the emails on my computer without doing anything?

Hi @Brody ! Thank you for reaching out! First of all, I'm very sorry to hear about your injury, I'm glad to hear you're on the road to recovery.

Don't worry about renewing your membership, we're right here when you're ready to sign up again.

Also, we just want to let you know that we've decided to pause our afternoon emails while we sort out an issue with some email servers marking our messages as spam.

To make sure you keep getting our morning updates without any issues, please take a moment to mark us as safe by following the instructions provided here.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Feel better soon!

Hi @Reet ! Although we have paused sending PM newsletter in the meantime, you should still continue to receive our AM newsletter. :) I can confirm that this is the case for you, so no need to make any changes. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!
