How to get the various forum badges!

Hi guys - a number of you have asked what the various badges are for and how to get them. Here's a quick guide of how things stand at the moment. And if you have any ideas for new badges, feel free to comment down below!

10 Post Badge@2x.png50 Post Badge@2x.png100 Post Badge@2x.pngThese badges appear at 10 posts,50 posts, and 100 posts respectively.

Plate L 2@2x.pngPlate P@2x.pngGreen Plate P 2@2x.pngThese badges appear / disappear based on how long you've been a member of the forum. The L plate badge appears if your account is less than 7 days old and then disappears. The red P badge appears if your account is more than 7 days old and less than 30 days old and then disappears. And the green P badge appears if your account is between 30 and 60 days old and then disappears.

Photographer Badge@2x.pngThe 'Photographer' badge appears when you create a thread in the Photography forum for the first time.

Community Watch Badge@2x.pngThe 'Community Watch' badge appears when you create a thread in the Scams forum for the first time.

Ideas Genius Badge@2x.png The 'Ideas Genius' badge appears when you post in the Money Saving Hacks forum for the first time.

Submit Deal Badge@2x.pngThe 'Deal Hunter' badge appears when you create a thread in the Deals, Discounts, and Bargains forum for the first time.


You might also see a couple of members cruising around with custom badges... If you're a regular and you create a lot of useful posts for other members, we might just reward you with a surprise :)
 
Good way to start the day, having breakfast and reading all your interesting news etc.
I did write a ‘good news item’ for you but not sure where I wrote it. You will have it somewhere.
 
I completely got wrong the riddle about Adam and Eve, when I read the answer made sense they had no belly button as they were not human like us but were created by God lol

I totally agree with Joge. It is a great way to start the day, love every consonant and vowel expressed in every paragraph.
Just a thought would members like to share funny photos of their lives? Eg, pers, children, spouse, sisters, brothers, etc.
You should start a thread on it! I'm sure people would love to.

Wow! I have a full licence, (thought i accomplished that over forty years ago ). I too enjoy checking out the SDC e-mail whilst having a nice cuppa in the morning. Keep up the great work team.
