Just wondering, do you not own kitchen scales? I did read your post about equivalent measures. However, my visual image of using 16 tablespoons of butter for 1 cup measure is amusing.

I posted all before unfortunately people do not load measurements so I give it to them in the simplest form. Does that explain???

Yes, I know you have posted it before, and most people would have read it when looking at the recipes.
I simply find using kitchen scales a lot quicker and easier, however it's fine if you want to use tablespoons.

Not having a punt at you, most don't have a kitchen scales so I give it to them in the best they can adapt to. Sorry if you thought I was
