I was told by a friend to spray the bottoms of my feet with Magnesium Oil this work and I get a better sleep.

I get acute muscle spasms in my left shoulder, in the fleshy bit at the front, when they hit I can't take a breath in or out without searing pain shooting through me. Baclofen is good but it was fine for a while then I wasn’t comfortable taking it ..I top my sleep deprivation off with night shifts…
I do sleep well after work BUT IT’S RECOVERY from nights th is my problem..![]()

He ordered iron studies and my levels were so low he debated doing an infusion. He indicated that low iron levels are the #1 problem with restless legs. I’ve been on supplements for 4 months and have absolutely no issues.I take one at night and it seems to be working on my restless legs.
