here it a good tip.

I was told by a friend to spray the bottoms of my feet with Magnesium Oil this work and I get a better sleep.

I occasionally massage deep heat or eucalyptus cream into the soles of my feet if I can’t sleep it’s lovely, I’ll have to try your spray thanks for the info.😊

That’s really interesting! I’ve heard magnesium can help with relaxation, but I hadn’t thought about using it that way. Glad to hear it works for you—I might have to give it a try! 😊

Definitely doesn't work for me.

I take one at night and it seems to be working on my restless legs.

Dr brother-in-law advised brother, my husband, to use magnesium spray on severe muscle spasms which he gets at night and they are very painful - seems to work for him.

I use Magsorb! Spray it on and rub it in...works everytime.

I get acute muscle spasms in my left shoulder, in the fleshy bit at the front, when they hit I can't take a breath in or out without searing pain shooting through me. I did some research and found Baclofen, they are magic, I take two a night every night and my spasms have reduced down by 90%.
Iv'e had them since I was around 10 years old and it is the first time I ever got a diagnoses after my partner thought I was having a heart attack and called for an ambulance, I couldn't tell him I knew it wasn't my heart, all I could do was pant lightly.
You can only get the Baclofen on script so he should ask his doctor about them.

That's great to hear! 😊 Magnesium oil is known to help with relaxation and muscle tension, so it makes sense that it could improve sleep. Glad it’s working for you!

Deni 67, I have restless legs and absolutely nothing had helped until a specialist I saw said I needed iron supplements. He ordered iron studies and my levels were so low he debated doing an infusion. He indicated that low iron levels are the #1 problem with restless legs. I’ve been on supplements for 4 months and have absolutely no issues.

I have had Restless legs for ever it seems.Tried all sorts including Lyrica. Now I am on CBD (medical Cannibus oil) what a relief.Yes it is expensive over $30 per week, worth every cent to get sleep without pain and restless legs, night night.
