Hi, Steve from Adelaide. Its great being part of a community ,it is the glue that keeps humanity together. We are always too busy to just sit and do nothing and reflect on life.
Being a senior you can look back and see the anxiety we had was self inflicted. You cannot always be happy, a diamond is made with thousands of years of pressure, suffering builds character, resilience and strength.

People that have had serious illnesses and other traumas have always come out the other side bette people.

It is lifes lessons for us.
