Easter is coming early with these Cadbury chocolate blocks with mini-eggs!

During Easter, a common tradition for children (and us adults, too!) is to hunt all over our backyards or the local park for chocolate eggs left behind by the mythical “Easter bunny”, or in our case, the not-so-mythical bilby aka. ourselves.

And even though there are still a few months left before we officially enter the Easter period, some Aussies have already been seeing a few traditions appear early – like these Cadbury Caramilk hot cross buns on supermarket shelves.

The latest easter goodie? These new Dairy Milk chocolate blocks with candy-coated mini-eggs!

Chocolate and mini-eggs all in one? Yes, please!

Chocolate lovers no longer have to wait a few more months until they can get a taste of the much-awaited Easter eggs.

Cadbury’s new chocolate block with mini-eggs is now available at major supermarkets nationwide, for an amazing price of $5. (But we heard some retailers, like Woolies and Coles, are selling them for a much cheaper price this week, so hurry up or you might just miss them on the shelves!)

Shoppers all over the country have already heard the good news and are raving about the chocolate block.

“Thank the lord for Cadbury Australia's mini egg chocolate,” wrote one person and rated the chocolate block a nine out of ten.

Another excited shopper even said that they’ll be loading up their fridge with the chocolate block on their shopping day tomorrow.

Looks like you have a lot of competition, folks. Walk, don’t run!

If you’re up for more sweet treat options, why not try the new limited flavour of the Snickers bar which has recently hit supermarket shelves? We’re sure you will love this one as well!

And if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to chocolate bars, take a look at this video below showing how to make your own healthy chocolate spread at home. Yum!

Certainly worth a try.....the mini-eggs and the Snickers....
Last century, my son went to New Zealand for a Literature competition with his Primary School.
To use up his coins before returning, he bought a block of Cadbury licorice chocolate at the Airport for me.
It was so special, delicious +++.
I rang Cadbury here, to see if they'd consider releasing it here in Victoria.
I was told it might not happen, different flavours were available in different areas due to demand.
I asked if the licorice chocolate had ever been available in Victoria....to test the demand.
No..... Cadbury has never sold it in Victoria!
It never appeared here, but Darrell Lea has released yummy blocks of licorice chocolate.
There appears to be a huge demand for it, as it is often out of stock.....
