I'm sharing my recipe for not just the best but the easiest banana bread
When you have those really ripe bananas that you might throw away then use them to make this recipe
Grease a loaf pan and line with baking paper
Preheat oven 180 deg or 170 deg fan force
Ingredients :
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
125 grams melted butter
2 eggs whisked
Method :
1. Sift and combine flours, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
2. Whisk eggs and butter together.
3. Stir in banana's , egg and butter mixture to flour mixture
4. Spoon into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean
5. Leave in pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
Bread last for around 5 days or slice and place separate pieces in a zip bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
To unfreeze leave out for around 30 minutes or place in microwave
