Easiest best tasting Banana Bread

I'm sharing my recipe for not just the best but the easiest banana bread

When you have those really ripe bananas that you might throw away then use them to make this recipe

Grease a loaf pan and line with baking paper

Preheat oven 180 deg or 170 deg fan force

Ingredients :

3 ripe bananas mashed
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
125 grams melted butter
2 eggs whisked

Method :

1. Sift and combine flours, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.

2. Whisk eggs and butter together.

3. Stir in banana's , egg and butter mixture to flour mixture

4. Spoon into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean

5. Leave in pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.

Bread last for around 5 days or slice and place separate pieces in a zip bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
To unfreeze leave out for around 30 minutes or place in microwave

Nothing beats banana bread. This looks SOOOO delicious! You really are the cooking queen here at SDC ❤️
 
ever made banana bread or banana cake without using granulated sugar? Yep it works ! I just use a similar amount of guava jam instead of the sugar. It's a bit more dense but certainly not crumbly and has no guava taste

‘best bust banana bread’ …lol. Also bananas not banana’s, the banana is not owning anything , not is it a contraction for ‘banana is’! I hate incorrect grammar & spelling. How long does it take to check before you post?

I make this and just shove whole bananas down it’s guts lengthwise works for me I’m too lazy to mash😋oh and I use firm bananas I hate mushy bananas.and no sugar.bananas are sweet enough.😍
