It' doesn't interfere with any medication.OK fair enough.

Can I ask what you have heard about this.Dont eat dates and take blood pressure meds
Yes, yum!I am a big date fan! Especially the medjool dates. There are recipes that substitute dates for sugar. Much better health-wise.

So healthyDates are great when on a road trip, also when I was working in the Community (Age Care), dates were a quick snack between clients. And sometimes, going over the Rostered time, and having a later lunch, kept me going.
Which post are you replying to ?Wonder where you’ve got the info from , as it does not say !
You have to be very careful what you send , as there are many elderly persons who have various health issues and not only aware of what’s going on in their body . You may think you are fit and healthy , but you could have underlying health issues, like CRF( Chronic Renal Failure ) and it may not affect you , but it can lead to terrible treatment. As I worked many years with patients on Haemo Dialysis due to CRF .
They are not supposed to have potassium and very low or no intake of oral fluids , depends on their situation . Dates and bananas are very high in potassium . If you send a post , you need to do your research and not just send something you think is good for everyone .
Everything in moderation 2 or 3 a day does not or every couple days does not cause problems. It regulates you also full iron and other goodies.Wonder where you’ve got the info from , as it does not say !
