If the manned checkouts do not have enough cash in their registers you can always go to the self service registers which will give you up to $500 without making a purchase. I work at a Woolies in a major shopping centre & there are no ATM's anywhere nearby so quite a lot of people use our store...

Shoppers shave had 5 years to get used to bringing their own bags into the supermarket. How hard is it.

We are the same. Always leave the place clean & tidy with sheets, towels etc in a pile in the either the laundry or bathroom. Some of the cleaning fees Airbnb's charge are ridiculous. Makes you want to just walk out the door after your stay sometimes.

We stayed in a place in SA where one of the rules was dispose of all rubbish. When we left we emptied the inside rubbish bin (1 bag) & put it into the council rubbish bin. Got a call saying I was being charged $15 for rubbish disposal as there was rubbish in the council bin. WTF. Told them...

The checkout operator should ask you if you want to use your discount. If they don't ask & just assume then they are not doing their job correctly. I work on checkouts & always ask (twice most times) if customer wants to us either their $10 off their shop or their 10% discount.

At my Woolworths if the flowers are out of date they are given away to customers usually by the self serve team members
