Yes,we don’t hold private health care anymore and we have not been to our optometrist for about 5yrs now. And my husband does have eye issues so it’s a real problem for us. We can’t even afford the gap difference. Very very sad to say that!

Well to begin with it would be good to at least be able to speak to someone at services Australia…you get through,give your details and then get told thanks for your call and just get disconnected….automatically! Third day I have tried and the same thing over and over again, even at 8.30am...

Yes I was affected and received NO notification from the bank! Plus after ringing them it seems even the staff didn’t know??? Absolutely deplorable service!

Oh yes!! We have requested 4 TIMES Centrelink documents,given receipt numbers but they have NEVER turned up! So have then rung them continually and keep getting disconnected! Something is terribly wrong here! PLEASE FIX IT NOW!!

This is going back to 2019 when I had a terrible fall that really changed my life to this day, I now have to use a walking stick and I am now even finding great difficulty with that.! And I am having more falls ,it is absolutely the worst feeling. All the best Kyle x

Oh yes definitely and KMART rates number one up there! Many many deliveries are incomplete and very rarely an apology!! It’s a lot easier to do online shopping but really you start to question it??? KMART pick up your act!
