Absolutely, any additional healthy foods are a plus! Purple colour in fruits & veggies always indicated a greater concentration of amazing nutrients, purple carrots, purple cabbage…blueberries…all super great for our micro biome & therefore our overall good health!! Wonderful to see this story...
