    Surely if the funds are pending, that’s the time when the matter can be addressed? It doesn’t make sense for the bank to wait until the transaction has gone through.

    I refuse to buy cheap supermarket milk. I buy Victorian Farmers milk, which costs somewhere between the cheap stuff and the branded buys like Paul’s.
