Chicken and Fetta Patties / Rissoles

Don't be fooled with the little ingredients these are delicious and can be made into patties for burghers, rissoles or tiny meatballs.

Ingredients:

500g chicken mince
80g fetta cut into crumbled
2 tsp garlic ( I use the jar garlic)
1/2 teaspoon each salt n pepper
1/4 cup plain flour for coating
2 tablespoons oil for frying

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.
2. Using wet hands shape as desired.
3 . Place flour in a flat bowl and Lightly coat patties.
4. Fry in pan for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown.

Serves 4

Burgers are my favourite so I'll definitely try to make burger patties with this recipe!

YUMMO, we eat a lot of chicken and this recipe will definitely be given a try. Something quick and easy to cook up on a work night. Thank you

Most nights I do 2 different menus eg tonight I'm doing fresh herb barramundi with steamed vegies and the second one is buritos and tacos 🙂

Turkey mince is surprising nice for rissoles too.
