You Won't Believe What This Outrageous Note Said About a Tradie's Parking Skills!

In the bustling world of school pick-ups and drop-offs, tensions can run high, and parking etiquette can sometimes take a back seat to the rush of daily life. But one tradie in Perth's northern suburb of Woodvale found out the hard way that not everyone is willing to overlook a parking faux pas, especially when it's penned in an elaborate note that's nothing short of a literary roast.

The tradie, who juggles the demands of being a single parent with the rigors of their job, was left dumbfounded after discovering a verbose and venomous note attached to their vehicle. The note, which was not just a few scribbled words but a typed-out tirade complete with a date and ink signature, was found flapping in the breeze after the tradie returned from collecting their children from a nearby school.

The header of the note pulled no punches, branding the tradie an 'ignorant b*****d' for their parking efforts. The author of the note didn't stop there, though. They went on to describe the parking attempt as 'bull-headed, inconsiderate and feeble,' and humorously exaggerated the space taken up as enough for a '20 mule team, two elephants, one goat, and a safari of pygmies.' The note ended with a rather colorful curse, wishing upon the tradie 'an early transmission failure' and an infestation of camel fleas in their armpits.

The tradie, in their defense, explained that their vehicle's length necessitated parking 'longways' across multiple bays, and they had chosen to do so in the tavern's car park rather than on school grounds reserved for parents. They expressed their dismay on social media, highlighting the challenges of providing for their family and the unfairness of being shamed for their parking choice.

The incident sparked a debate among Aussies online, with opinions split between sympathy for the tradie's situation and applause for the note's creativity and stern message. Some empathized with the difficulty of finding suitable parking for larger vehicles, while others saw the note as a justified response to inconsiderate parking that could inconvenience others during the busy school pick-up time.

This parking predicament raises questions about the balance between empathy for individual circumstances and the need for parking order, especially in areas with high traffic like school zones. It also highlights the lengths to which some will go to express their frustration in a society where parking spaces seem to shrink as our vehicles grow.

Some people have a little too much time on their hands.
I hope the rest of their day gives them some calm, because that pretend ticket tirade was obviously created in moments of cranky bums.
I have heard of some weird parking mishaps, however, a school pick up does not even come close to earth shattering.

I was at the supermarket yesterday and a tradie with his trailer took up four parking bays. My only thought was he should have parked further away where there is less traffic rather than close to the shop doors but he had no choice but to do so. It is not like Bunnings where they have car plus trailer bays. Again it was Perth.

This is clearly a joke, printed out and kept in the car for just such an occasion! I myself was going to do something similar, but for parents who parked and left their car in the drop off/pick-up lane at our local school., right next to the NO PARKING sign!!

Tolerance and understanding seem to be a thing of the past, sadly. He parked away from the school for the reason his vehicle was a large one. Obviously someone at the tavern was in dire need of his drink instead.

This is going to be an ongoing issue with the big American Utes coming into the country. I am curious at the fact this letter was typed - do people go around with these typed letters at the ready to put on vehicles whenever they have to urge to pull up lousy parking.
That letter did the rounds 30+yrs ago when computers were still a novelty and these things were emailed from A to Z.

Surprising venomous epistle

I like it but I would have waited around to see his reaction and continued with a verbal tirade!

Self entitled idiots with trailers are the worst. The one below is no better but his "truck" isn't overflowing with tools.

The only tool to be seen is the one putting things in the passenger seat!

Maybe the tradie should carry his own prepared sign saying something like Back in 5, picking up the children from school. I don't like entitled people but that level of nastiness in the letter is not acceptable.

Say it was a Council controlled car park. "Back in 5" doesn't cut the mustard with practically all Council Rangers.
