Krystle, who resides in Canberra, shared doorbell camera footage revealing the delivery driver's forceful action on 16th September at approximately 12:15 a.m.

The impact of the box against the wall was so severe that it resulted in several food items within the kit bursting open, forcing Krystle to discard them.

In the footage, a loud thud can be heard before the box falls to the ground and bounces beside her doormat.

HelloFresh is a subscription-based meal provider that delivers a week's worth of food for $125 per box.

‘It's too expensive to be treated like that,’ Krystle told Yahoo News.


Krystle said that she rarely orders these food boxes but decided to get one as a special treat while her daughter was recovering from surgery.

The delivery driver didn't act rationally, she said.

'The driveway was clear and the entry is two metres wide with no stairs. He had to navigate a car and a garden edge to walk the way he did.’

Krystle also pointed out that she wouldn't order the food boxes again after what happened, despite their convenience.

HelloFresh is now investigating the incident.

I once sent a small thank you gift to my daughter in law via Australia Post.
It was a glass tealight candle holder, very pretty. She said she heard the van pull up, went to the door and the parcel landed at her feet, where the driver threw itThe parcel was clearly marked fragile and had bubble wrap around the item, nonetheless it shattered.
When I complained to Australia Post they requested me to send them the broken item, to prove my claim.

I had exactly the same problem a 4.00am. Frightened me as I thought someone was trying to break into my house. The driver stood in my garden and damaged some plants. It would have taken him longer to throw the box than walking up the 2 steps. I did report the matter to Hello Fresh and they were very supportive offering immediate credit. Just lazy inconsiderate drivers.
 
that's why l don't buy things o line because of the courier drivers just dump the delivery on my doorstep and don't even bother to knock on the door l live in units and have had thi g's stolen

I live rural so luckily my stuff if I order anything goes to my PO. Lite and Easy deliver up my long drive to outside my door no problems so far

These articles give us some insight into the types of things happening that we may miss on a tv program. Companies rely on word of mouth and if the experience from some customers is negative then it is good for us and them to know why, especially if it is their drivers who may be the problem.
 
Sounds like this company is FRESH out of good delivery drivers.....this one needs to find a new job, but not as a delivery driver that's for sure.
