You won't believe what caused these passengers to vote a woman off their flight!

As exciting as travelling by air can be, we're sure most of our members have experienced more than a few unpleasant moments while in the sky. Whether it's the turbulence, the cramped seats, or that crying baby a few rows away, flying can be anything but enjoyable at times. While we may have quite a few stories to share, we've come across a bizarre tale that has caught our attention and compelled us to share it with you, our beloved readers.

Picture this: you're 30,000 feet up in the air, and suddenly, passengers start voting to remove a woman from the plane. Yes, you heard that right, a woman was voted off a flight by her fellow passengers during a heated and rather absurd dispute. But we're getting ahead of ourselves.

Captured in several videos that have been viewed over 10 million times, a woman is seen yelling at another passenger to 'mind her f***ing business'. According to eyewitness accounts, the chaos started when a family dressed in black - a woman, her partner and their child - attempted to change their seats to be closer to the front of the plane while it was already airborne.

However, their intent was thwarted by a flight attendant who informed them that moving seats at this time was not allowed. As the family's persistence continued, the pilot ultimately decided to turn the US Frontier Airlines flight around so the woman’s partner could be removed from the plane. As one can imagine, these events frustrated the rest of the passengers on board, leading to further escalating tensions.

In an attempt to defend her partner, who he claimed 'did nothing wrong,' the woman in black started screaming at a passenger for 'antagonising' the couple. The situation only grew worse when the partner approached the passenger and rudely offered her three one-dollar bills, which she promptly threw back in his face.

With the chaos continuing to build, another passenger interjected, visibly concerned about the presence of children on the plane, only to be told to 'shut up'. Remarkably, this male passenger then delivered an impassioned speech about the perceived problems of 'American culture' before making a bizarre suggestion: that the passengers vote to remove the lady in grey from the flight.

'If you want to be a d**k to people, we're going to be a d**k back,' he said. 'I'm not even kidding. If you can hear me, raise your hand if you want her removed from the flight. I'm not even kidding. I’ve got 40 hands up.'

In a surprising turn of events, flight staff took this impromptu act of in-flight democracy to heart and removed the couple and their child. As the lady in grey was escorted off the plane, she didn't miss an opportunity to call the man in red a 'f***er'. A disappointed security guard, shaking his head as he performed his duty, reminded everyone, '30,000 feet, you can't be arguing'.

Key Takeaways

  • A woman was voted off a plane by passengers during a bizarre screaming match while 30,000 feet in the air.
  • The incident occurred on a US Frontier Airlines flight when a couple tried to change seats mid-flight and started an argument with another passenger.
  • A passenger came up with the idea of voting to remove the woman from the plane, which surprisingly, the flight staff agreed to.
  • The couple and their child, along with the passenger they were arguing with, were all removed from the flight.

While it's unlikely that any of our members would find themselves in such a whirlwind mid-flight, it's a perfect reminder that being considerate towards fellow travellers can make everyone's journey just that much more pleasant.

If you have any bizarre travel stories or tips, please feel free to share them with us, and let's all remember to be kind to one another while up in the sky!

where do these people come from? it is happening so often with people being so rude. This did not happen in past flights. I have also been in 1st class and listened to a family who could not be quiet.

ANYONE WOULD BE SUSPICIOUS if an entire family mid-flight while dressed in black especially disrupted everyone because they felt to change seats. An allocated seat is exactly that and cannot be changed during flight, Rules are rules.
