Grocery delivery services have been a huge help to all of us during the pandemic. They've allowed us to stay home and stay safe, while still getting the food we need. They've also been a big help to those who are vulnerable or at risk, who may not be able to go to the grocery store themselves.
And with the introduction of 60-minute deliveries, the online shopping experience just got even more convenient!
Customers can now have their order delivered to them in as little as one hour after placing it. No more waiting around for days or even a week for your order to arrive.
While several retailers offered this new feature to their customers, some shoppers still have no access to it due to location constraints.
Fortunately for Woolworths fans, the supermarket giant has recently unveiled a number of new locations for its 60-minute delivery service!

Following a successful trial in Sydney last month, the supermarket has announced the expansion of its Metro60 'under 60 minutes' grocery delivery service to 40 new suburbs in Melbourne.
Customers with limited shopping time may appreciate the delivery option, which is only available through the new Metro60 app and is fulfilled by Woolworths Metro stores.
Von Ingram, Chief Transformation Officer at Woolworths, expressed the company's excitement about bringing the Metro60 service to its Melbourne shoppers.
'Metro60 is an easy way to shop the best of the range from your local Metro store, delivered to your door in 60 minutes.'
'So far we've seen our customers enjoy our range of fresh sushi and hot roast chickens, artisan bread, fruit and veg and thousands of other fresh essentials.'
Yes, you read that right, folks! For those who are looking to nab some ready-to-eat meals from the retailer but are short on time, the feature also allows customers to easily order hot roast chicken or freshly prepared sushi with only a few clicks.
Aside from the ready-to-eat meals, more than 4,000 everyday products are also available to Woolies shoppers in a variety of categories, including fruit, meat, organic and plant-based food, dairy, pet, health, flowers, and baby products.
Additionally, customers may track the progress of their orders in real-time, just like with the food delivery apps Uber Eats and Menulog.
All Metro60 clients will enjoy free delivery on their first three orders; thereafter, all orders will be subject to a flat delivery fee of $5 with a minimum purchase of $20.
