Woolies shopper’s ‘bizarre’ trolley act caught on camera

We’ve all seen our fair share of ‘bizarre’ antics happening in our local supermarkets – especially with people and their trolleys!
In January, we wrote about how some shoppers saw a man carry a koala on a supermarket trolley. The marsupial was seen being pushed around on an ALDI cart before it was released at a nearby nature strip. But don’t worry folks, later on, it was found that the man apparently only used the cart to rescue the animal, no harm was done!
Meanwhile, in December last year, we also wrote about how some people use the trolley cards at Woolworths to perform some rather dangerous stunts.
In a video that made the rounds online, one man was seen at a carpark riding a trolley to jump over a speed bump. The attempt proved to be unsuccessful, as he was hurled off the cart and landed on the concrete ground. Ouch!
Now, another ‘bizarre’ trolley act was spotted at a Woolworths supermarket. And while we are shocked and confused about what the person was doing in the video, we have to say we’re also rather impressed!

Mind you, a supermarket trolley commonly weighs around 29 kilograms, so carrying it around is an impressive feat! And he was doing it while simply wearing very casual attire – a t-shirt, boardshorts, and thongs.
In a video that was shared on TikTok, the Woolies shopper can be seen being filmed while roaming around the supermarket. He’s carrying his cart on both ends, with several of his grocery items inside.
“Only in Australia, mate, will you see this,” said the TikTok user who posted the clip online.
The shopper continued carrying the heavy cart until he finished shopping. But it did not end there! Apparently, he also carried it all the way to the carpark.
Hmm, maybe he was trying to squeeze in a bit of arm workout while on his grocery shop?
What do you think, folks?
