Woman shares DISTURBING experience inside her gynaecologist's clinic — "Is that weird because it feels weird?"

We can all agree that going to the gynaecologist can be a bit of an awkward experience.

But one woman was left feeling even more uncomfortable after she spotted something strange in her gynaecologist's exam room — photos of "handsome men" taped to the ceiling.

TikTok user Kelsey, who posts under the username @smelseylol, shared a clip showing her gynaecologist's exam room where viewers can see three black and white photos of ‘attractive’ men taped to the ceiling.

The clip was posted alongside the caption: "At the gyny office and he has photos of handsome men taped to the ceiling above the examination table."

"Is that weird [because] it feels weird?"

The video has gone viral, racking up more than 670,000 views and comments from disturbed users who pointed out that the act is a "little uncomfortable".

One woman wrote: "I would never go back. That suggests that he deeply misunderstands a woman's experience of an exam."

"I don't get the intention. This implies that a visit to the gyno is a sexually exciting experience instead of awkward, painful, and medical," another said.

Meanwhile, one user claimed that they understood the purpose behind this act. However, the woman said that the gynaecologist totally missed the mark.

The comment read: "My most generous reading of this is that they're trying to give you something nice to look at while you're having an objectively unpleasant experience."

Others shared that their own doctors thought of the idea before but came up with more suitable ways to execute it.

One woman quipped: "I've seen little quizzes and spot the differences pics, but never photos of men."

"Mine has a beach scene and a disco ball and tells you to relax like you're on an all-exclusive vacay," another added.

A third chimed in: "Mine has a Simpsons poster lol."

Kelsey replied to these claims, writing: "I would much prefer a Simpsons poster."

Luckily this doesn't apply to me but it does seem inappropriate. Perhaps they are Liberal/National party supporters? Just kidding you all. lol

I'm a man but this does sound a bit unethical regardless of his possible intention for these. Quizzes etc make more sense to me.

Ok, not female so don't jump on me but... He has tried to make things a little more pleasant, ok so he is wrong by the sounds of it, give him some leeway, even mention it to his receptionist or tell him... Just saying.. I am sure while having a prostrate check, pic of females would not help me at all😵😵
